I'm Bec Wild and I coach women who are ready to take the leap into radical self responsibility. I am one of the keepers of the Women's Mysteries. I stand for women reclaiming their power. I stand for mothers being fierce guardians of their children. And I do this with two feet firmly on the ground. I like all the witchy things and the work I do is in this earthly realm with the mind and body that you have right here, right now.
I intertwine the latest brain and nervous system science, history (HERstory), psychology, spirituality, cultural deconstruction, self mastery techniques, self reflection, somatic and breathwork practices, and sharing in circle to weave magical journeys of cognitive understanding, relational growth, unconscious reprogramming, epigenetic healing, nervous system rewiring, personal connection and physical, bone deep remembering. I am a fierce advocate for women. I am a powerful supporter of mothers. And it is my mission to help women and mothers to find their power and live the life of peace and freedom they deserve, breaking free from the cycles that are keeping them stuck. Being a mother is the most important job in the world. When we break free from all of the shit holding us back, allowing us to parent from a place of calm, spaciousness, acceptance and connection, we can change the world.
