As women, we are biologically wired to exist in community, to receive guidance, support and sisterhood from other women, yet so often this is not our lived experience.
When you work with me you will be invited to reflect, encouraged to look deeper and challenged to grow all while being supported, celebrated and held. You will experience change. Are you ready? I intertwine the latest brain and nervous system science, history (HERstory), psychology, spirituality, cultural deconstruction, self mastery techniques, self reflection, somatic and breathwork practices to weave life changing journeys of cognitive understanding, relational growth, unconscious reprogramming, epigenetic healing, nervous system rewiring, personal connection and physical, bone deep remembering. I work with women who woke up this morning and said, 'Fuck this. I'm Done.' We will work through a series of areas including your vision and blockages, somatic work and the nervous system, womanhood, motherhood, self mastery, relationship mastery and integration. We will cover specific topics tailored to your specific situation with plenty of time to respond to whatever arises. Most importantly, you will leave our time together with a feeling of clarity and a sense of power and freedom that only taking responsibility for your life can give.
