I facilitate transformation that allows women to rediscover their own power. Your power was always there but centuries of oppression, persecution and trauma for women have meant that from the moment you were conceived you inherited epiegenetic programming that ensures the negative patterns continue. You continue to self silence. You continue to doubt yourself. You continue to feel judged. You continue to play small. And you play it out in your relationship and pass it all on to your children. I see it in the women who came before me. And it stops with me. I will not pass this inherited 'stuff' that isn't even mine on to my children. I want them to be free. I want them to be Limitless. And it starts with me. Are you willing to break your inherited cycles? When you're ready. I'm here for you. We will journey together through an artful combination of science, history (HERstory), psychology, spirituality, cultural deconstruction, self mastery techniques, self reflection, somatic and breathwork practices, and sharing in circle to weave a magical journey of cognitive understanding, relational growth, unconscious reprogramming, epigenetic healing, nervous system rewiring, personal connection and physical, bone deep remembering.
